End of Semester Tasks

/ Sunday, 8 June 2014 /
Before I was able to officially begin studying for my finals this semester, I actually had to finish a few things:

1. Church announcement slides
I honestly had fun doing this although colour matching (or the intent not to) does take a while. I am hoping they use the slides soon! I really feel more accomplished helping out this way than just being on the visual team during service, although it has actually been long since I last felt the rush of being under pressure of when I used to serve in our quite big of a congregation back home. (TechProdQC gotta know how to thrive under pressure, bro.)

I am honestly not the type to work on something with such a vision as this since I am not very keen on the raising-something-related-to-women-kind-of-stuff but for some reason, I ended up joining a team of four for this. We were all women to boot. This project took quite a bit of time in this semester but all is well! We completed all the submission requirements in time! I actually had to learn how to give up some of my time every other day for a month to work on this and still accomplish all my usual stuff but it was all definitely worth it. I would have never imagined I would do something with people who were so ahead of me. Some similar event again, maybe?

 3. Resume v2
I totally put off doing this until the very last day I believe I had to submit it. There is so much I can say behind this and after typing out two paragraphs, I realised that it is better for me to just allot a separate post for it. Haha.

My semester is ending in two weeks and life is really just getting more awesome despite my days of not-waking-up-so-excitedly-in-the-morning. I have stories to share, Father!

I planned on studying Japanese and Physics today but productive procrastination is productive.

What's with the bulbs? That is the logo for Power 14, the convention's event name.
